These terms are the agreement between you and us for using aiwithlarry.com and its guides. By using the site or asking for a guide, you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site. You need to be at least 18.

Who we are

AI with Larry is run by IB Digital Solutions LLC, a limited liability company licensed by the Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) Free Zone, licence no. 2542792.01, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). The guides

The guides explain how to set up and use AI tools. They are general information, not professional, legal, financial or security advice for your situation. AI tools change prices, limits and features often; where a guide and the tool's own pages disagree, the tool's pages win.

Following a guide

• You run the commands and install the software on your own devices and accounts, at your own risk. Back up anything important first.
• The tools a guide covers belong to other companies. You sign up with them under their own terms, and you pay them directly for any plan you choose.
• AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so anyone who can open your inbox can open your account. Keep it secure, use an address that is yours, and don't share sign-in links. You can close your account at any time by emailing us; we then erase it as the privacy policy describes.

What you may and may not do

You may read the guides for yourself and use their commands, prompts and code in your own work, including at your job. Everything else about the site stays ours. You may not:

• republish, sell or share the gated sections, paid guides, their files or your sign-in links;
• copy the site in bulk, scrape it, or get around the email gate or access checks;
• use bots to send forms, or try to break, overload or probe the site's security;
• use the site in a way that breaks the law or anyone's rights.

Paid guides

Paid guides are sold by our merchant of record, Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”). Polar is the seller: it runs the checkout, takes payment, charges any sales tax and sends your receipt, and Polar's buyer terms apply to the purchase as well as these terms. The price is shown at checkout. The guide opens on your account, under the email you sign in with, as soon as the payment goes through. You keep access while your account is open and we offer the guide; if we stop offering a paid guide, we'll email its buyers first.

Refunds

A paid guide opens the moment you pay, so sales are final, except where the law gives you more:

• EU and UK buyers can cancel within 14 days of buying and get a full refund.
• Anywhere: if a guide is faulty, isn't what we described, or we can't give you access, we fix it or refund you. Your rights under UAE consumer and e-commerce law aren't affected.
• Charged twice for the same guide? We refund the duplicate.

Polar, as the seller, may also refund at its own discretion under its buyer terms. A full refund ends your access to that guide. To ask for one, email us with your order reference. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, access may pause until the dispute is settled.

Ownership and other companies' names

The guides, their text, visuals and files, and the AI with Larry name and logo belong to IB Digital Solutions LLC. Product names in the guides, such as Claude, Claude Code and ChatGPT, belong to their owners and are used only to say which product a guide is about. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless a guide says so.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or corrections, we may use them freely to improve the guides, without paying you or naming you. Please don't send anything you consider confidential.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy, and what the site saves on your device is on the Cookies page. Where those pages and these terms differ about your personal data, those pages win.

Links to other sites

The guides link to other companies' sites and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No guarantees

We work to keep the guides accurate and the site running, but we provide both as they are, without promises that they're error-free, always available or right for your purpose, as far as the law allows. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that can't be excluded.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows:

• we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, including data lost on your devices while following a guide;
• our total liability for any claim is the greater of what you paid for paid guides in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50.

These limits don't apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to death or personal injury we cause, or to anything else the law doesn't let us limit.

If you break these terms

If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these terms or the law, for example by republishing a paid guide, you cover our reasonable costs of that claim, as far as the law allows.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change, pause or stop parts of the site. You can stop using the site at any time.

Changes to these terms

We update this page and the date at the top when the terms change. For a change that affects paid guides you already bought, we email you before it applies. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

The law that applies and disputes

If something goes wrong, write to us first and give us 30 days to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah decide any dispute. We don't use arbitration. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.

Accessibility

We aim for the site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. If something is hard to use, tell us at hello@larrybezrukov.com and we'll fix it.

General

These terms, with the privacy policy and cookie notice, are the whole agreement about using the site. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't giving it up. We may transfer these terms to whoever takes over the site; you may not transfer them. We may send you notices by email or on this site. The terms are written in English, and the English text governs.
