Cookies
Effective 30 October 2026
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage works the same way, but its contents stay on your device unless the site's code sends them. This page lists everything aiwithlarry.com saves on your device and the one thing it measures. There are no advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies, and our emails carry no tracking pixels.
What the site saves on your device
| Name | What it does | How long | When |
|---|---|---|---|
better-auth.session_token | Cookie, ours. Keeps you signed in so the guides you unlocked stay open. Strictly necessary. | 7 days after you sign in. | Only after you open a sign-in link. |
KP_… | Cookies set by Vercel BotID's bot-protection partner, Kasada, on this site. Used only to tell people from bots. Strictly necessary for the form you send. | Set by Kasada. | Only when a form you send needs a closer bot check. |
aiwithlarry:checklist:… | Browser storage, ours. Remembers the steps you ticked on a guide's checklist. Never sent to us. | Until you clear it. | When you tick a step. |
aiwithlarry:stats-optout | Browser storage, ours. Remembers that you turned visitor statistics off. Never sent to us. | Until you clear it or turn statistics back on. | When you use the switch below. |
On a secure connection the session cookie's name starts with __Secure-. Paid guides are bought on Polar's checkout pages, which set their own cookies under Polar's privacy policy.
Visitor statistics
Vercel Web Analytics counts page views, where visitors come from, and their country, device and browser types. It uses no cookies and saves nothing on your device. Vercel tells visits apart with a hash of the request and discards it after 24 hours, and we see only totals. Sign-in and unsubscribe pages are counted without their links' tokens.
To stop this browser being counted, use the switch below. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as the same choice.
Your other choices
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies and storage. If you block the session cookie, you can still read the open sections, but you won't stay signed in.
- Clearing storage only forgets your checklist ticks and your statistics choice.
- Advertising opt-outs (NAI, DAA) don't apply: the site has no advertising cookies.
